About Us
We started during Covid Times when we lost a dear one to Diabetes. He did not go because of Diabetes (He was treated for it) but lost his will to live. (diabetes takes a lot away especially weakens your senses which inturn makes you feel helpless). That is when we decided on priority we need to work for this cause. Where Diabetic or NOT, Celiac Allergic or NOT, PCOS or NOT; everyone one eats healthy so that it does not lead them to any such situation. We all have right over Clean as well as nutritious ingredients and we FOODFORIA is here for that.
At FOODFORIA, we’ve got an ambitious mission to re-imagine ordinary and overlooked ingredients with character and charm. We know that it’s food that makes the biggest impact on our lives and our planet. We are not just doing it to make a living but using our work as Good FORCE to meet the highest standards of ingredients being used and being transparent with our customers. What we choose to pick from Super markets and add to our daily pantry can change and impact our lives in a big way. We are here for a cause and shall work towards it with support of our consumers.

Privacy Policy - Contact details that you mention for shipping purpose, is kept confidential and shall be used only incase we need to get in touch with you regarding your order. If you have any requests or questions concerning your personal information, please contact us at pkhanna@foodforia.in
Refund Policy - If you are ordering for someone else as a surprise, please put in the number available for logistics to contact them. Apart from shipping details, we don't send out any other details over text message or calls.
In case of inevitable weather conditions or festive/operationally heavy days, we might face delays. We will keep you posted in any such scenario. We seek co-operation from you during such circumstances.
Please note that in any kind of unforeseen circumstances, FoodForia holds the right to cancel and refund the orders within 48 hours of fulfillment. In any such scenario, the customers will be notified in advance.
SHIPPING POLICY-
Minimum shipping time within Delhi, Delhi NCR is 2 days from the order received. Anywhere outside minimum 4-5 days from the order received. Once the order is Picked from our facility it usually take max 4-5 days to be delivered.
